With the support of City Planning Staff, I hosted a virtual Davenport Planning Conference to provide area residents, businesses, and interested stakeholders a comprehensive overview of the planning process at both a citywide scale and at the local level. We covered planning from the City-wide, in local areas, to specific sites and everything in between. We also discussed Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods, an exciting City Planning initiative to bring gentle density to our neighbourhoods. The team is also working on Garden Suites and has recently launched a survey! 

We had a productive discussion and I hope the attendees came out with a stronger understanding of the planning process at the City.
