Today, I was honoured to have participated in today's Brazil flag raising ceremony. The Brazilian community has contributed greatly to our city and I am proud to be able to recognize their rich culture at City Hall. While we were not able to celebrate together as a community this year, I wish all Brazilians in our community and city the very best on this joyous occasion. Parabéns Brasil!
