TCHC Capital Investments – 2020

The Toronto Community Housing Company 2020 Building Renewal Capital Budget of $350 million is a $37-million increase compared with 2019. It's the largest-ever annual investment in capital repairs since the TCHC was created in 2001. In Ward 9 alone, we have seen nearly $15 million in TCHC capital investments since 2018, with nearly $6 million invested in 2020:

Through its 2020 building capital renewal program, the TCHC will make more than 10,000 individual capital improvements to benefit TCHC tenants, including roof repairs and accessibility and energy efficiency improvements.
