HousingTO Public Consultations

On March 29, 2019, the City formally launched the consultation process for the development of the HousingTO 2020-2030 Action Plan. This is a city-wide consultation that will invite the public and stakeholders to help inform how the City along with housing partners will address housing issues over the next ten years.

An External Advisory Committee co-chaired by Councillor Bailão comprised of people with lived experience, experts from across the housing spectrum, researchers, civil society and business sector will help guide the plan development.

Four public consultations will take place, one in each part of the City. Dedicated consultations will also be held for the Indigenous community and for Toronto Community Housing tenants.
